Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible so we can advise what options are available.
The following policy applies to all bookings made directly with Leofric Legends Limited.
Short-Stay Reservations
For stays of fewer than 14 nights:
- Cancel at least 31 days before your scheduled check-in date to receive a full refund.
- No refund is available for cancellations made within 31 days of check-in.
Long-Stay Reservations
For stays of 14 nights or more:
- A full refund is available only within 48 hours of the booking being made.
- After that 48-hour period, long-stay bookings are non-refundable and any cancellation will be charged in full.
Bookings made before this refund-policy update remain subject to the refund policy that applied when the booking was made.
Exceptional Circumstances
In case of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other extraordinary circumstances, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis after a booking has been cancelled. Please contact our customer service team with the necessary documentation to support your request.
We reserve the right to cancel your reservation in case of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative accommodation or a full refund.
Group Bookings
For group bookings, a different cancellation policy may apply. Please contact our customer service team for more information on group booking cancellation policies.
Non-Refundable Rates
Some of our packages, deals and offers are non-refundable. In such cases, no refunds will be given for cancellations or changes to the reservation. Please check the package, deal or offer details at the time of booking to determine if it is refundable or not.
How to Cancel or Modify a Reservation
To cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us by email at info@leofriclegends.com or by phone at (+44) 7970 97 42 98. Please provide your booking reference number and the name of the person who made the reservation.
What Applies to All Bookings
- Refunds will be issued to the same card, account, or payment method used for the original payment. If this is not possible, no refund will be given without confirmation from the relevant bank or payment provider that the original payer's identity matches the proposed refund recipient.
- All cancellations or modifications can only be done by the original booker.
- Booking dates cannot be changed within 31 days of check-in. However, the length of stay may be extended, but not reduced, subject to availability and confirmation by us. Extended dates follow the same policies once confirmed.
- We reserve the right to modify the cancellation policy. Confirmed bookings will remain subject to the refund policy that applied when the booking was made, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
- By making a reservation with us, you agree to abide by our cancellation policy.
